Today our neighbor Mary, whom had just recently purchased tha house rt. smack next door to us, though she lives only 2 houses dwn from us, had a yard sale today. The girls got super excited about it, you'd swear they had just won tha toy lot of their dreams. They went next door to visit with Mary for awhile as they checked out all of the things she had put up for sale. Even Small Fry had wondered on over to touch whatever his little hands could get a grasp on. LOL Before I knew it they were hollering with such excitement & joy as they ran over to me ta show what they had just purchased with their own money. "Mom, mom check this out, look what I got & it only cost me a dime! Isn't it so cool! You should go over & check out all the cool stuff Mary has over there everything is really, really cheap. Good stuff @ a super great price!"Madison said just as she had shown me the christmas ornaments. I couldn't help but too smile as I listened, her eyes brightly lit with excitement, smiling from ear-ear. Before long they were coming bk. over with frivelouse things, things that I know would just wind up thrown in tha trash in a few days, due to lack of places to put them or they would just be left on the floor, stepted on & broken. They had bought themselves some ornaments, some wicker woman holding a wicker basket in her arm, a rattle & rocking horse for small fry along with blue & red stripped socks. A Barbie car & a golden plush jewelry box with a matching plush heart inside for me. I couldn't help but to take notice of just how much they love each other and how much they seem to love me & how thoughtfull they are. Yet to me it was alot of extra clutter in tha house that I believed would be played with for only a few days then tossed off for trash, I couldn't help but to smile @ their happiness & the way they are. My children are great, down rt. awesome kids, I hope I can teach them to be just as great and awesome adults.
